Features:
1. Easy to assemble.
The steel components arriving at the construction site are all prefabricated. During the construction process, the installation work needs to layout each structure and erect it according to the installation drawing.
The installation sequence of the steel workshop building is:
First, install the steel columns and column cross-bracing and install roof beams and roof horizontal bracing. Finally, installs the purlin and enclosure structure.
2. Reasonable cost.
The steel structure workshop building is light in weight, reducing the basic cost, and the construction speed is fast. It can be completed and put into production as soon as possible. The overall economic benefits are much better than that of the concrete structure
3. Simple construction, short construction period.
The production and installation of steel structure usually involve processing all required components in the factory and then transporting to the construction site to assemble. So the construction period is greatly shortened. A 4000 square meter building can be basically installed in only 40 days.

The corrugated color steel sheet and sandwich panels used in the prefab steel structure workshop are all energy-saving materials. The steel structure also adopts dry construction during the construction process to avoid dust and environmental pollution caused by concrete construction.

Frame structure: The frame comprises columns and beams bearing vertical and lateral forces. Steel columns generally use H-shaped steel, box-shaped steel columns, or steel tube concrete columns.
Frame bracing structure: The frame comprises columns and beams, and bracings are provided between the columns to resist lateral forces.
Frame shear wall structure: similar to the frame bracing structure, except that the bracing is replaced with a shear wall to resist lateral forces.
The shear wall is generally a concrete slab, steel plate, or a steel-concrete composite structure with better lateral stiffness than bracing and is more flexible in layout and suitable for higher building structures.
Frame tube structure: The structure generally comprises a reinforced concrete core tube and an outer ring steel frame. Transportation & Packaging
At currently we have three types loading plan as below:1. We use 4O"HQ container, This way we loading and unloading is very slow and diffcult. But this way is the lowest cost.
2. We use 40" OT container, we can load all members easily. and good way to protect the possible damage during shipping. But that will cost more ocea freight.
3. We still use 40" HQ, but we could make a steel pallet to put all members on it. And then we push it into the container, this way is the fastest way to loading and unloading, and we can make the pakage to project any damage during shipping. But the steel pallet will cost about 800 usd per pc.
