Installation of Steel Structure Building

1.Foundation construction (pre-embedded anchor bolts), detail need to according to the foundation construction drawing.
2.Column installation
One worker commands truck crane how to move, 3 ~ 4 workers cooperate with truck crane to install the steel column, put column to anchor bolt location.
3.Beam installation
After completing the installation of adjacent two steel column, then main beam begin to install.
4.Installing roof & wall purlin
The roof and wall purlin will be installed after finishing column and beam. Bolting the purlin on the main structure.
5.Fixing wall and roof sheet
To fix the wall sheet on wall purlin by self-tapping screw; then fix the roof sheet.
6.Fixing the cover
To install the cover on the corner, eave, window and door opening.
7.Install windows and doors.

Packing and Transportation

Steel Structure fixed packing, loading, transportation, unloading the matters needing attention:

(1) The lifting large there must be a person responsible for the use of fixture, suitable, strictly abide by the rules of lifting, to prevent the occurrence of vibration, impact, deformation or damage, fall in the hoisting process.

(2) At the time of loading, there must be a special supervision, check car number and packing, the car pile up securely, and to increase the necessary binding component loosening, prevent the loss.

(3) Remained stable in the transport process, the vehicle at the time of shipment, on the long, wide, high object transport, must be trained pilots, escort personnel responsible for, and mark is arranged on a vehicle.

(4) No rough handling, loading and unloading personnel handling, weight, size should be familiar with the components,

and check the horse sling, rigging, prevent accidents.

(5) The member to the construction site, timely organization of unloading, stacking area.

(6) The crawler crane carrying member, should pay attention to the surrounding terrain, air condition, prevent the crawler crane overturning and component collision.

Reply: Q355 is used for main steel structure, Q235 is used for secondary steel structure.

2.How about the delivery time?
Reply: Usually, about 30 days after the order confirmed, also depends on the fabrication quantity.

3.How about the derust grade?
Reply: Ball blasting Sa 2.5 on main steel structure, manual derust St2.0 on secondary steel structure.

4.What kind panel used for the roof and wall?
Reply: Color corrugated steel sheet and sandwich panel could be used. Sandwich panel performs well on the heat insulation, sound insulation. Common sandwich materials are EPS, glass wool and PU.
