DRYC Steel Structure Production Procedure:

  • Design: The design will be made with full design parameters provided by clients;
  • Material: Raw material will be prepared according to the material list provided by engineers;
  • Cutting: Steel plate will be cut according to the detailed drawing provided by engineers;
  • Assembling: Apply spot welding to assemble two pieces flange plate and one web plate together;
  • Auto welding: Arc-submerging machine will be applied to make full welding for steel components;
  • Straightening: To make the deformation of flange and web plate to flat;
  • Manual welding: Welding the connection plate and purlin plate to the main steel components;
  • Shot blasting: To get rid of rust on the surface of steel components;
  • Painting: Antiseptic treatment;
  • Delivery: Packing, loading and deliver to construction site;
  • Erection: Erect according to the erection drawing provided by engineers;
  • Finishing: Whole project completed.

Normal The Goods Will Be Shipped By Use 40' 0pen Top Container and 40' HQ Container.

If use 40'HQ, it need to do a steel pallet to pack the goods, then the whole pallet cargo will be pushed into
container together, when you unload the goods, you wold pull the whole pallet out of the container.  In this case, the ocean freight will be cheaper, but will increase the cost of pallet.

Regarding the open top containers, all the goods will be loaded one by one.  In this case, the sea freight of 40'OT is higher than 40'HQ, but The steel pallet for 40'HQ need to be charged.  You can tell me your prefer.

Description of Metal Building Warehouse:

We designed the wall and roof cladding of the metal warehouse building, using corrugated monochrome panels. The color of the roof panels and wall panels was selected by the customer. The roof was insulated with glass wool, among which there were metal panels under the roof.

There are cantilever beams on the ceiling for the canopy. All steel structural components are pre-fabricated in our factory and then shipped to the customer's site for installation. Steel columns and beams, bracing, and purlins bolted, and welding work is minimal.

The construction is fast - the installers only according to the installation drawings provided by us to process the installation. The installation is simple and does not require professional technicians, saving labor costs during the installation.
