Q: Whats the quality assurance you provided and how do you control quality?
A: There is a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process -raw materials, in process materials, validated or tested materials,finished goods, etc. SGS, BV and other testing are available for us.
Q: Can you offer designing service?
A: Yes, we have more than 20 experienced designers. We could design full solution drawings as per your requirements. By using Auto CAD, PKPM, MTS3D3S,Tekla Structures (X steel) etc, we can design complex industrial building like office mansion, super market, plants, shipping mall, 5 stars hotel,etc.One-stop service is our outstanding superiority
Q: How about the delivery time?
A: The specific production time depends on the quantity of goods. Normally, it is about 10 to 30 days after all the details are confirmed and receiving the deposit. The delivery of Large order should be discussed with the management department in advance and then confirm the timing with you accordingly.Usually, large order will be delivered in batches.
Q: What about the installation instrucions?
A: We will provide you installation videos and detailed installation instructions or online technical guidance.If you need, we can provide the service of installation guidance arrange a team to do the installation on site by extra.
Q: How about the payment?
A: All payment methods are acceptable. We prefer to 30% down payment by T/T,70% balance before shipment.
If  you have the design drawing, we could make the budget according to your design.
