2) Sandwich panels will be packed with plastic film.
3) Doors and windows will be packed with bubble plastic.
4) Bolts and other accessories will be packed in wood boxes.
Normally is 40'HQ and 40'OT container.
If you have special requirements,40GP and 20GP container are ok.

1. What are your main products?

A: Our main products are container houses, steel structure plants, steel structure warehouses, light steel structure villas, steel structure poultry farms and so on.

2. What will the customer offer before the factory gives a good offer?

A: When we receive an inquiry from a customer, we ask the customer to fill out an expression of interest form and provide us with information such as dimensions, sketches, layouts and materials for prefabricated homes. We will design drawings based on the above information and provide competitive quotations.

3. What are the main materials used in prefabricated houses?

A: Our prefabricated housing materials mainly include light steel structure, sandwich panels, roof tiles, doors, Windows, cover plates, screws and other fittings.

4. What kind of building drawings will the factory provide?

A: Plan, elevation, section, foundation, installation.

5. Can you offer designing service?

A:Of course, we have professional designers who can design a complete solution according to your requirements. You can also provide the design drawings and we can further deepen them.

6.What's your delivery time? 

A:Salesman will confirm the time accordingly, large order should communicate with order management department in advance. Normally, delivery time is 45 days after receiving deposit. Large order delivery time should be arranged separately.

7.How about the payment?

A: All payment methods are acceptable. We prefer to 30% down payment by T/T, 70% balance before shipment.
