Q: How about the delivery time?
A: The production timeline is contingent upon the order quantity. Typically, it spans 10 to 30 days post-confirmation of all details and receipt of the deposit. For large orders, delivery discussions with our management team are necessary to align and confirm schedules with you. Generally, such orders are delivered in strategic batches.
Q: What about the installation instructions?
A: We provide comprehensive installation videos and step-by-step instructions or offer online technical guidance. If required, we can arrange for an expert team to provide on-site installation services at an additional cost.
